Overview
Angelwinkle is a small business I launched during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Seeking to gain more experience in marketing, I saw it as an opportunity to promote my own artwork. I digitally illustrated each design and printed them on vinyl sticker paper to bring the characters to life. Many of the designs were inspired by popular video games such as Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Among Us.

ITERATIONS
For this piece, I took inspiration from Daisy Mae from Animal Crossing: New Horizons, aiming to capture her character in my art style. The blue strokes act as rough sketches before moving into colouring, shading, and highlights.
MARKETING AND LOGISTICS
TikTok helped me grow my audience quickly, especially as my packing videos gained popularity. By consistently posting content, I became more aware of my audience’s preferences through comments and views, which led me to create more designs inspired by Among Us.
Along with designing and illustrating the stickers, I managed the printing process to ensure accurate color and quality. I also promoted the products on social media by photographing them and editing out light flares in Adobe Photoshop to better showcase their physical quality, improving their overall visual presence online.
OUTCOME
Overall I learned more about how the process of managing a business. From product designing to marketing and logistics, I witnessed the importance of customer satisfaction to maintain consumer loyalty when creating products customers would enjoy. It also showed me how each stage connects to build a strong, engaging brand.
